Filter out times in the past for second user.

We should validate that, when the guest accesses the site, we only send to the front end the timeblocks that are in the future.

If the first user selects 1PM Tomorrow as an available timeblock, and the second user doesn't access the site until 5PM Tomorrow, we should filter out that 1PM timeblock, as it is now in the past.
