Improve Super I/O detection for more motherboards

## Goal
Support more Super I/O chips and motherboard types.

- Nuvoton NCT6687D (MSI AM5/LGA1851)
- ITE IT8655E, IT8665E, IT8686E
- Fintek F71869A, F71811

## Implementation
- Add chip IDs to detection table
- Test on more hardware
