安装后无法工作。Can't work after installation

1. 具体情况：在 Emacs 中使用 package-install 命令安装完 org-download 之后，找不到 org-download的相关命令。
   What Happened: After installing org-download in Emacs by package-install function, the related function of org-download can't be found in Emacs。

2. Emacs 版本/Version： GNU Emacs 30.2 (build 2, x86_64-w64-mingw32) of 2025-08-15

3. 操作系统版本/ OS Version: Windows 11 26200.7171

4. 镜像/Mirror：https://mirror.nju.edu.cn/elpa/melpa/， https://mirror.nju.edu.cn/elpa/stable-melpa/

5. 配置：取消所有配置后仅配置镜像源，使用 package-install 命令安装后也同样无法找到命令。
   Config：disable all config and only set mirror source to NJU，still can't find org-download related command after installing by package-install。

6. 找不到命令的形式：使用 M-x 后输入 org download ，无任何匹配项
   the situation of can't find command: after calling M-x ，and type "org download" , there isn't any match item。

I am running into the same issue after installing using the following:

(use-package org-download
  :after org
  :hook (dired-mode-hook . org-download-enable))

No org-download comands seem available under M-x

Edit, turns out I forgot a crucial setting for starting org-download in org mode: :hook (org-mode . org-download-enable)
