pin turns on and not off when using usbiiro16_8.py file

I am controlling the lights using a USBIIRO. While running a the file usbiiro16_8.py all the ports are switched on and the lights are on but I am unable to turn it off. Can you please help me with this?

Hello, John Hentges here from Software at ACCES. I'm afraid we're not officially supporting AIOUSB/Python code; those samples were produced independently by a "rogue" engineer years ago. Hello John,

Thankyou very much for the prompt reply. I tried even the code which you sent now, but even this switches the light on but doesn't turn it off. It would be great if you could help me with any other solution.
