Bug Description
wsmesing around with this yesterday and I'm not seeing the agents when entering '@' in the chat. I'm on Windows, VSCode version 1.109.2, have GitHub account, GitHub Copilot. I cloned the repo to my local machine, CDed into the Agent-Forge folder and entered: 'code .', also tried loading the folder from within VSCode. In the chat I see a long list of agents but none from the repo. I wonder if something isn't missing from 'Getting Started' that I might need.
