[BUG] ctrl click bug

Describe the Bug

When changing the layout (say from modern to dockable or vice versa) and trying to move the "map layer selection box" (using "ctrl+left-mouse"), this layer tend to disappear.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to map layer dialog box and select any map layer
2. Change the layout from dockable to modern
3. Click on map layer to move it
4. Notice the map layer dissappear

Expected Behavior

It shouldn't dissappear

Additional Context

The only way to fix this problem is to delete browser cache and refresh
