[FEATURE] rig-config.json keeps values after update and have it auto launch if selected

Is your feature request related to a problem?

For those running rig-control locally on the same server as OHC is there a way to keep our settings in rig-config.json after an update. In addition can we have rig-daemon.js autostart.

My suggestion would be to add the settings for rig-control into the settings panel just as we provide the IP address and port number.

@auroraonlineinc that's correct I'll need to check this. probably I'll provide the config as example and will move it out of reach for git.

How do you update? With update button in Web UI? Or git pull on console?
