Describe the Bug
The word "Touch" with a pointing finger appears next to Version in upper left of screen
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run Openhamclock on a computer with touch screen support
Expected Behavior
The work "Touch" and the pointing finger icon - not visible

- OS: WIN11
- Browser: appears in both Edge and Chrome
- Node.js Version: ?
- OpenHamClock Version: 15.5.2
- Running As: Web browser

## Additional Context
on another computer with no touchscreen support - WIN11 and Edge - do not see the word Touch or the finger.
I disabled Touchscreen support in Windows Device Manager - no change.
