[FEATURE] Satellite tracking filter

When satellite tracking is turned on, the display is kind of busy. The tracks and highlighting obscures the map underneath. If a filter were available to reduce the number of satellites that are tracked, the display would be less cluttered. This would allow us to identify potential satellites within range of the station more quickly. The current version of WB0OEW hamclock works this way.

Currently, you can select what satellites are shown in station settings satellites. I have an initial push that changes how the satellites are shown, with the footprint only for the selected sat. And a color change for when it is in range of your location. You could show one satelite, or twenty, or all of them

I do not have a satellites option on my station settings.
