PyConText modifier if matching more than just \sif\s

The pyConText modifier "if" is matching words like significant in note 1018 in the sentence:
"In hemodialysis, she developed significant bleeding from a site of recent tooth extraction, and then arterial bleeding from her AV fistula site when the HD line was disconnected."

"if" is a NEGATED_EXISTENCE modifier, even though "she developed significant bleeding" should definitely indicate bleeding.
