Load / apply presets order #1
Description
Currently, users should load presets by hitting Presets then Load and select the presets of interest. This will only add the filepath of the presets.m file, to actually apply these settings, the user must then hit Apply presets, however this is only available to the user once a recording is loaded.
Perhaps a more intuitive way is for the Load button (after hitting Presets) applies the settings stored in presets.m regardless of whether a recording is loaded or not. This would allow users to apply presets with one/two clicks before a file is loaded in, streamlining the process.
