npm install fails because of private URLs in package-lock.json #285

I wanted to contribute a bit to this repo however npm install failed because package-lock.json specifies resolved URLs that aren't accessible to the public, e.g. https://agora.dequecloud.com/artifactory/api/npm/dequelabs/@ardatan/aggregate-error/-/aggregate-error-0.0.6.tgz.
