Package cannot be installed on Windows

Describe the bug
Previously there was a problem installing this package on Windows 11. The problem got resolved in version 2.6.2, however versions 2.8.1 and 2.8.2 cannot be installed on Windows 11 again. This time the installation breaks so early that the package doesn't even have its directory ('minify-selectors') under 'node_modules' directory created - from where it is trying to run install.js. Can you confirm installation on Windows 11 (x64) has been tried and is supposed to work?

npm install --save-dev minify-selectors@2.8.2

Environment

• Version 11

Thanks @alesn for reporting again.

I did remove the third party install dependency (binary-install) to go with an internal method of installing based off how ESbuild does it. I just bet my dumb a*** that I've misnamed something, I'll have a look over.

Checking on Windows 10 prior to update.

Seems to install fine:

npm i minify-selectors@latest

changed 2 packages, and audited 593 packages in 4s

NPM package is set up as so:

    "scripts": {
        "test": "minify-selectors --version"
    },
}

Running it, seems fine:

npm run build:minify-selectors

> sandbox@0.0.0 test
> minify-selectors --version

minify-selectors 2.8.2

Trying another way:

npx minify-selectors@latest --version
minify-selectors 2.8.2

Oh boy, going to be a Windows 11 thing.
