Resources to build emex image missing

Looks like docker folder and build-docker-image.sh resources from installation guidelines are missing.

Should we refer to another repository ?

# Run build-docker-image.sh to build the emex docker image.
[user@host]$ cd docker
[user@host]$ ./build-docker-image.sh
Building docker image emex:0.6.3

sorry, Just noticed a related commit 57a54ed

I assume in the meantime I can safely fallback to this old docker build
