Extend Query Language for supplementalSemanticId

This will be one of the most important queries for Discovery because it is no always clear which semanticId is the main one and which are supplemental only. See also https://industrialdigitaltwin.io/aas-specifications/IDTA-01001/v3.2/annex/general.html#matching-strategies

New aspect with supplementalSemanticIds: Nesting via referredSemanticId has to be regulated, maybe simply prohibited.
