I found a json schema mismatch between security and api specification:

In the security specification, the already existing FILTER is defined as follows:
(FRAGMENT & logical expression have a FILTER object).

And in the API specification, in the schema, it is defined as follows:

the linked issue has nothing to do with this bug report. The linked issue will be resolved by the security TF alone.
