e2e tests for Deploy Service and OAuth S2S

Right now the e2e tests use runtime credentials.

1. Keep the existing e2e tests but add an additional e2e test file that uses OAuth S2S credentials that connects to the Deploy Service.
2. npm run e2e must also run this new e2e test file
