Unable to sit on a chair on a train

When a train is assembled, it is impossible to sit on a chair which is on that train

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place a chair on a train
2. Assemble the train
3. Right click on the chair to sit
4. no sitting

Expected behavior:
When right clicking a chair from Create: Interiors on an assembled train, it must be able to sit on the chair.

Tried without any mods but Create and Interiors

Not only train, this happens on all Create Contraptions. Maybe you can look at another Issue, somebody has given a fixing datapack.
