Prepare first no-feature custody release

Prepare the first Agentify Gateway custody release.

Scope:

- no feature changes
- release notes explaining fork status and compatibility
- build provenance for source artifacts
- explicit list of disabled publishing workflows
- documented install/deploy path for early adopters
