On macos, when I tried installing a package that needed to remove some certificates after the install, resulted in a block by safeexec, asking for confirmation. I typed it in followed by the return key, but nothing happened. I had to uninstall safeexec, re-run the command and install safeexec again.
I tried using the exceptions in the documentation (turning safeexec -off, etc.) but nothing seemed to work. The status said "off", still no dice.
