Feature Request: Docker Support

Hello @agessaman,
I would love to see Docker support added in the future. Similar to how it already works with meshcore-packet-capture.
That would be very helpful for me to be able to run it with my existing Docker environment.
I have seen that progress has already been made at PR #25

For what it's worth, I am an absolute beginner in the topic of MeshCore and Linux, but I managed to make it work in Docker using perplexity.ai guidance and a few beers. Mostly, the steps I had to use were as follows:

1. Create a directory, in my case I chose ~/docker/meshcore-bot

2. Clone the git repo:

   ~/docker/meshcore-bot$ git clone -b dev https://github.com/agessaman/meshcore-bot.git .
   Cloning into '.'...
   remote: Enumerating objects: 1373, done.
   remote: Counting objects: 100% (464/464), done.
   remote: Compressing objects: 100% (154/154), done.
   remote: Total 1373 (delta 376), reused 338 (delta 310), pack-reused 909 (from 1)
   Receiving objects: 100% (1373/1373), 6.51 MiB | 203.00 KiB/s, done.
   Resolving deltas: 100% (995/995), done.
   Then create Dockerfile with the following contents:

3. Create a Dockerfile in the directory you created:
   ~/docker/meshcore-bot$ nano Dockerfile

4. Paste into nano:

FROM python:3.12-slim

# Install system dependencies for building Python packages
RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -y \
    gcc \
    g++ \
    && rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*

WORKDIR /app

COPY . /app

# Upgrade pip and install setuptools first, then project deps
RUN pip install --no-cache-dir --upgrade pip setuptools wheel \
    && pip install --no-cache-dir -r requirements.txt

CMD ["python", "meshcore_bot.py", "--port", "/dev/ttyACM0"]

5. ~/docker/meshcore-bot$ docker build -t meshcore-bot .
6. ~/docker/meshcore-bot$ docker run -d
   --name meshcore-bot
   --restart unless-stopped
   --device /dev/ttyACM0:/dev/ttyACM0
   -v [USER HOME DIR]/docker/meshcore-bot:/app \

In general, in my case, perplexity was quite helpful when pasting any errors into the prompt. I had some issues, for example, with access to serial port (visible in logs, after bot was started) and it was promptly resolved. Probably not quite what you're looking for, but my bot is happily working for some 10 days straight now. Also, I tried first to use Ble companion, but after many issues I resorted to reflashing to USb companion and running via cable to my HomeLab PC...
