"Obsolete" entries

Many of the entries which were obsoleted under ESR's watch for the File are not truly obsolete. For instance (from the Chaff):

dragon: n.
<Revision 2.3.1>  
Deleted: ITS is long dead

There is a community of enthusiasts for ITS still around these days (see here), and I suspect many, if not all, of the "obsoleted" entries should probably be restored and possibly amended for context.
