Built a terminal browser for the Jargon File using this repo

Hi — long-time Jargon File fan here, been using it since 1989! I've had a little Python CLI called jargon kicking around for a while that pulls a random entry to the terminal. It was using the old ESR DocBook XML, but I just added support for the community edition here — jargon fetch grabs a snapshot of this repo and builds a local cache, then jargon -c serves random entries or term lookups from your data.

Thanks! It all seems to work great. I saw your note about the mobile CSS and went ahead and took a stab at it in PR #13. It's purely additive (just media queries appended to the existing CSS files, nothing touched upstream), so it should be easy to review or adjust to your taste.

I've been a fan of the Jargon files since c. 1990. Showing my age slightly. ;-)
