Benefit

Ongoing communication with counties and contractors is necessary to keep projects moving, resolve issues early, and ensure grant requirements are understood and met throughout the contract period. Regular follow-up improves accountability, reduces delays, and helps the MRRC monitor project progress and compliance.

Acceptance Criteria

• communicate with counties and contractors throughout the grant cycle regarding project status and requirements
• respond to questions related to contracts, scope, timelines, and deliverables
• track follow-up items and outstanding issues for each participating county
• provide reminders for key deadlines, required submissions, and reporting expectations
• coordinate with the MRRC committee and counties when project issues or changes arise
