Benefit

Deliverables submitted by counties must be reviewed to confirm that funded work was completed, documentation is sufficient, and submissions meet MRRC program requirements. A consistent review process helps ensure accountability for state funds and supports the MRRC’s responsibility to document completed work and monitor progress.

Acceptance Criteria

• receive and organize county deliverables submitted under the grant program
• review submitted deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with contract requirements
• verify that submitted work aligns with the approved scope of work and funding request
• communicate required corrections, missing items, or revisions to counties or contractors
• document deliverable approval status for each participating county
• confirm deliverables are complete prior to final payment processing
