Click well point to view saved details/files

• When a point is clicked on the map or well table (Clickable well points and table/list #119), show the narrative and/or files that were saved for that well.
  • Add ability to click on uploaded files to view/download from browser
• If more than one well is selected, and one of them already has details saved:
  • Show the details for the first selected well. If the first selected does not have details saved, then details will be blank.
  • Show a message that Well detail updates will be applied to all selected wells. They must click to actively close the message and continue.
• If more than one well is selected, and none of them have details saved, then no message is necessary.
• If the inventory has been submitted, details are not editable, but are still visible, and uploaded files can be downloaded.

If this gets too crazy, maybe we try to simplify and only allow one well to be edited and/or selected at a time, even if the user has to add/upload the same information for each one?
