doesn't apply fastread algo on updated iframe in tab

I'd love to use this on reader mode on some website, but it seems like the styling algo doesn't apply on texts in iframe added to the page by reader mode.

Hmmm I am not sure it would be very easy to implement this in iframes. Anyway, I wrote this extension to test bionic reading for myself but didn't end up liking it too much. I don't plan to maintain this extension, maybe other bionic reading extensions have this feature? For example here is the official bionic reading extension (I haven't tested it):

the official bionic reading extension is running very slow for some reason, it send back the text to their API server, and it doesn't work on a lot of websites, I really like your implementation better
