Grove user experience

This discussion thread will collect information on how Grove user experience can be enhanced.

Initial idea is to enhance the PodCliqueSetStatus API to enable the following:

• Aggregate statuses of all child resources into PCS status for better visibility into workload's lifecycle
• Provide better observability into operator warning and errors related to PCS handling
