Allow namespaced env variable for GitHub token #57
Description
I use a variety of other tools that also make use of a GitHub token for accessing the API. The great majority of them allow using either GITHUB_TOKEN or <TOOL>_GITHUB_TOKEN. I typically use the latter for more precise access control and isolation.
Thoughts on adding support for something like specifying a MULTIOCULAR_GITHUB_TOKEN env variable? (in addition to still supporing GITHUB_TOKEN)
