Add Automation Tooling to this Repo

Tools to verify code correctness, security, and cleanliness will greatly aid in development, and should be added. The following tooling I have in mind.

• Travis CI
• Static Code Analysis for Security
• Linting support (add a check in Travis CI via clang-format)

Please feel free to add anything else to the list if you think it would be a good addition!
