Max File Size for Log Files

I'm doing some processing on logged files upwards of 4gb in size and getting out of memory errors. It would be a lot easier to process data if there were a settable limit on the size of files recorded on the SD card.

Ideally the setting would be dynamic and available as a parameter in the config file.
