feature: Support for different profiles in Codex/Claude Code

Hey @al3rez,

Hope you don't mind me asking for this.

For example, I have

/.claude-profiles/work
/.claude-profiles/personal

each with their own projects folder.

Right now the cli isn't showing any of the conversations there.

Hope this can be added too so I can somehow config extra folders to search.

Claude Code & Codex support this feature using these env variables:

• CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR
• CODEX_HOME

Let me know how you would like to see this implemented and I can do the PR for it.
