Checklists no longer work in Preview mode.

Describe the bug
In version 2.6.8+ you can no longer toggle the state of checklist items in preview mode. The checkboxes are just greyed out instead of being blue and allowing interaction.

Device
Windows 10. Markpad 2.6.8 and 2.6.9.

Additional context
2.6.7 was the last version to work as expected. Installed via Markpad_2.6.7_x64-setup.exe. (Just for me)
It seems that installing via version 2.6.8 (MarkpadInstaller_2.6.8_x64.exe) or above breaks some functionality re: checklists.

@alecdotdev Reproduced in v2.6.14: current Comrak task checkbox HTML no longer matches the old recognizer, so preview controls stay disabled. #320 fixes the renderer-to-preview contract, including ordered/quoted tasks and raw HTML controls. Please retest after merge.

I traced this to the preview checkbox click handler inferring a new state with !checkbox.checked. Some accessibility/input paths can commit the native control before that handler runs, leaving the Markdown write with the wrong state. #327 switches to the committed change value and restores the UI if persistence fails; it was verified in an isolated macOS release bundle by checking both the control and file content.
