What is with sound and lossless recoding?

1. When will it be with sound?
2. What is with lossless recoding? VVC supports it.

Likely similar to Martin Eesmaa's VVCEasy Method

To my knowledge, VVenC doesn't support lossless encoding. Though qp=0 might get you close.
