I am contributing to GitHub bounty issues, but I am based in mainland China and could not complete Stripe onboarding for contributor payouts.
Could you please confirm whether Algora bounty rewards can be paid through PayPal instead of Stripe, or whether a sponsor can manually pay the contributor outside Stripe after a bounty is approved?
