Sometimes after a RTMP re-connection HLS.js starts to timeout while loading delta manifests. It will timeout continuously on audio, video, or both tracks, which causes a request for the full manifest and sometimes a stall if the timing is bad. It seems like HLS.js is requesting the correct segment and part, but the sequence numbers that control responding to preload-hints on the backend are behind, most likely from not advancing properly after a discontinuity.
