[Feature]: Add New Monotonic Stack Visualizers.

Problem or limitation

Currently the website has abstract data structures but lacks a proper section for monotonic stack which is used in a lot of high level problems.

Proposed solution

1. Add a new Monotonic Stack Visualizers
2. Add it in both Explore and Search Bar
3. Add proper difficulty badge
4. It will contains the following visualizers - Largest Rectangle in Histogram & Maximal Rectangle

Both of these problems requires a lot of visualization. So it will help users to understand these problems properly.
