OCR should optionally post its findings to the GitHub PR Issue

Problem Statement

Ideally OCR is runnable from an action or remote service and it can post its findings to the GitHub PR it was triggered from. Even better would be providing inline code comments and suggestions.

Proposed Solution

I imagine it'd be a decent amount of work to implement, but maybe not a huge amount with the github MCP providing the API.

[WIP] @strich Thanks for the feedback. We agree that posting review comments to GitHub PRs is an important feature. We're currently discussing implementation approaches to balance CLI simplicity with this added functionality. We plan to support this in the near future.
