New Issue Checklist

  • I updated Pearcleaner to the latest version and still observe the issue
  • I searched for existing GitHub issues
  • OS Version: Tahoe 26.4.1
  • Pearcleaner Version: 5.4.3 (Build 121)

Issue:

I've got an old Yarn cache folder at /Users/<username>/Library/Caches/Yarn (contains a v6 subfolder with temporary data). This folder appears under "Orphans" for me, but doesn't appear in the "Developer" section at all. I can see in the drop-down at the top right that Yarn is supposed to be supported, however, this folder isn't picked up, it seems.

Steps:

  1. Create a folder Yarn in ~/Library/Caches/.
  2. Create a folder v6 inside that new folder
  3. Add some files to there
  4. Check Pearcleaner's "Developer" section to see whether it gets picked up
