Bug: Copy script matches unwanted files

When math/ was included as a rule in content.include files in learning/Math were included.

Matching should be exact, ie. case-sensitive and should match the whole path from the start.

Solution is to use math/**, further checks need to be made on how strictly we should adhere to the .gitignore convention.
