Add function to read macrophages dataset from RAW and assign it a new MACROS identifier.

The function would:

• Read the RAW data from a massive .tif file.
• Name/Number appropriately the images as T00000X.tif
• Save them in the directory, but before
  ++ Look for other macrophages (MACROSN) dataset and create folder MACROS(N+1)
