[🐞 BUG] Cohere spits out gibberish when dictating French

Describe the bug
Cohere either translates French to English or spits out gibberish in English.

i.e. "Je vous les ai expliqué" -> Result: "I'm going to go to the hospital. I'm going to go to the hospital. I'm going to go to the hospital. I'm going to go to the hospital."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select Cohere as model
2. Press transcribe shortcut
3. Speak French
4. Review output and paste

Expected behavior
Transcribe spoken dictation to French

Environment:

• macOS Version: Tahoe 26.4
• App Version: 1.5.11-beta.2
• Architecture: Silicon
