Lagging zoom animation with worldHigh

Hey guys,
when I use the high-res world map (worldHigh), the zoom to a selected area is lagging.
Do you have some tipps for a better performance?

Hey,

No, I'm afraid. When using high-res maps, browser has to move a lot of pixels. Some browsers (like Chrome) are better at it, but others (Firefox) will be slower, especially on older systems or mobile devices.

There's no way around it, except disabling zoom animations.

To do so, set zoomDuration: 0 in your map config.

Have you adjusted the worldHighMap? The performance is much better and the little islands are missing

Hm, I don't think we had any updates to worldHigh.js recently. Are you sure you're not using worldLow.js?
