delete command does not work at all, when using it as stated in the user guide

Here is the instruction given in the user guide

As shown below, following the user guide to use delete INDEX does not delete any of the indexes

Unable to delete ID an entry as specified by UG.

Step to reproduce:

1. add d/Dinner a/15.50 c/Food
2. delete 2

Exception is also not properly handled.
