When description & category is too long, the full description is not able to be seen from the list

The 50mm flathead screws and ENTERTAINMENT category is not being able to be seen from the list command. should give user a way to extract the full name of each income/transaction

This is the expected output when the description is too long because we did not want to destroy the output format.
Currently, the exact string is viewable from the data file. Valid suggestion however for potential expansions.
