For better QC of optimization process it will help to have an HTML file in the output directory of each run which can include the following:
- Visualization of optimizer trajectory (of negative cost) for evolutionary optimizers
- Visualization of parameter space for models with <= 3 parameters + maybe including a GIF showing how particles move through the space for evolutionary optimizers
- Visualization of simulation states time series (when
states_ts=True)
- Visualization of FC/FCD and its comparison to empirical data, depending on the provided
gof_terms
- Description of the model
- Table of optimal point parameters and cost function components
