What's new in 3.0.0

Hi,

The home page has this section "What's new in 3.0.0". Maybe we should change it to "What's new in 3.x.x". Also the link to the complete changelog points to 3.0.0.

Maybe we should leave the more specific information in the download page.

IMHO, when a new version of aMule is released, changes to the website should be minimal to reduce maintenance costs and avoid human error. Ideally, it should just involve bumping the version number in the rc/releaseInfo.ts file and copying the changelog. The blog post is optional.

I’ve added a banner at the top of the home page that automatically updates with the new version, and I’ve made a small change to the aMule 3.0 section. For now, I think that section is important for newcomers. When we release 3.1, we’ll have to decide whether to change it or present it differently.
