Update docs and readme

The library should have proper docs for quick installation and for documentation of the API's

1. Basic installation and usage docs in the readme
2. Detailed documentation using the sphinx docs

I believe once a basic API is ready we can provide the usage guide in the README itself? I guess that will be better for initial stages. If the project does get too large with time, we can do a detailed documentation.
But either way would be fine with me, your call.

So since this is the next thing that needs to be done now, do you want me to finish up the user guide in the README (half of what has already been done by you), or do you want the entire documentation through Sphinx docs?

I would prefer that we do it through sphinx docs since it is a better long term solution.
