Can not install zipline-reloaded using pip

!pip install zipline-reloaded in google colab show the following error:
Building wheel for ta-lib (PEP 517) ... error **ERROR**: Failed building wheel for ta-lib
Failed to build ta-lib
ERROR: Could not build wheels for ta-lib which use PEP 517 and cannot be installed directly

Please try the following command:

conda install -c conda-forge ta-lib

Brother it did not work for me.I still get this error:
ERROR: Failed building wheel for ta-lib
Failed to build ta-lib
ERROR: Could not build wheels for ta-lib, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

For anyone using Linux, please try the following for installing ta-lib:

1. First install the Development Tools packages, run the following command as root or user with sudo privileges:

sudo apt update
sudo apt install build-essential

2. Next, from your home directory or any empty directory, run the following in the exact order:

1.sudo apt install libatlas-base-dev python-dev gfortran pkg-config libfreetype6-dev hdf5-tools
2.wget http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/ta-lib/ta-lib-0.4.0-src.tar.gz
3.tar -xzf ta-lib-0.4.0-src.tar.gz
4.cd ta-lib/
5.sudo ./configure
6.sudo make
7.sudo make install

3. After ta-lib is installed, install zipline-reloaded normally with pip or conda.

Please don't hesitate to mention if you still face any problems.
