Upscaled icons on XFCE

On an Xubuntu 16.10, this is how the indicator plugin looks like (see attached pictre).

Download the zip below and extract it to /usr/lib/prime-indicator/icons/, restart your computer and see if it works. You may need to extract the zip to somewhere first and then copy the files as root to the right folder (as in doing a sudo cp /path/to/where/you/extracted/* /usr/lib/prime-indicator/icons/).

I followed your instructions but the icons are still huge.

$ sudo mkdir -p /usr/lib/prime-indicator/icons/
$ sudo cp small-icons/* /usr/lib/prime-indicator/icons/
$ ls -la /usr/lib/prime-indicator/icons/

Same issue with budgie desktop, my ubuntu is 16.04 and budgie-desktop version is 10.4-0ubuntu0.1~xenialubuntu3

The workaround fixed the issue, but the icon does not adapt to a custom bar height

@klarkc I'll have time to fix this issue in December. I'm sorry, but until then I can't do anything about it. :(

I have this same issue on 18.04. I fixed it by doing as was suggested in the other issue:

cd /usr/lib/nvidia-power-indicator/icons/
for n in $(ls *svg | sed 's/.svg//'); do sudo inkscape -z -e $n.svg -w 24 -h 24 $n.svg; done
